Expert web developer with over 10 years of experience. I worked almost exclusively with WordPress for 6+ years, but have been adding more skills to my arsenal over the past couple of years. The idea is to move to newer technologies, but I don't think I will be abandoning WP projects entirely, not for a while.

== Some background of my previous job experience ==

I worked for a Fortune 500 automotive company in a reporting and analysis position, and also building and maintaining a website in the company's intranet using Perl and MySQL. After that I was in charge of supporting a website built with Java and the Spring framework, using both MySQL and Oracle databases, for customers worldwide.

I also worked at the tech support helpdesk for that same company for over a year, troubleshooting Linux servers and workstations, networking and other data related issues.

I was also in charge of administering KBOX ticketing system for over a year, from content management to database administration, to scripting solutions for its customers.

I also have knowledge in scripting using different technologies, such as VBScript, Javascript, Linux shell scripting, Perl, and some Powershell, as well as VBA for Excel and HTAs.

I was also regularly troubleshooting C and Java programs for bugs and/or enhancements.

After that, I moved to a company named Softtek as a Software Engineer, I was part of a team that develops WordPress plugins and themes for an American multinational conglomerate corporation.

The last position I held was for yet another company as a Linux intermediate administrator, where I was in charge of managing users with Centrify and I also installed Cacti to monitor some of the company's servers running CentOS.

Currently, I'm a full time freelancer developing WordPress plugins and themes. I also do core PHP, Laravel, VueJS, and some React/React Native work.
